| Applications | Western Blot, ELISA. Clone 12F3 reacts strongly with C5. A strong reaction is seen with normal human plasma, and no reaction is seen with plasma from patients deficient in C5, when tested in sandwich ELISA in combination with a polyclonal antibody against C5 . In Western blotting after SDS-PAGE, Clone 12F3 reacts with C5 in normal human plasma (PEG precipitated C5) in nonreduced form only and no reaction is seen with plasma from C5 deficient patients. |
