The 26-28 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 49.1 kDa band according to NP_065843.3 and 31.2 kDa according to NP_001139749.1. |
