A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with KvBeta1.1 K+ channel from mouse, human, and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Does not cross react with KVbeta1.2, 1.3 or 2. Cross-reactivity with KvBeta1.1 K+ channel from other sources has not been determined. Ion Channels research. |
