| Description | Mouse Anti-6-Nitrotryptophan (NW) Monoclonal IgG2b. Specific for 6-Nitrotyrptophan modified proteins. Doss not cross-react with 7-Ketocholoesterol modified proteins. A 1:1000 dilution of SMC-519 was sufficient for detection of 6-Nitrotryptophan in 1 µg of 6-Nitrotyrptophan conjugated to BSA by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary Antibody. |
