| Product Name | WM3268 Non-Viable Cell Pellet (2 x10^6 cells) |
| Description | Non-viable cell pellet was generated from cell line WM3268. WM3268 is a tumorigenic (VGP) primary melanoma cell line with competence for metastasis. These cells display mesenchymal morphology in culture. This cell line contains a Q61K mutation at position 61 in the N-RAS gene which causes increased signaling via the extracellular signal-regulated MAPK/ERK kinase pathways to enhance proliferation. WM3268 cells produce xenograft tumors when injected into immunocompromised mice. |
