| Description | This antibody detects an 80 kDa protein corresponding to the molecular mass of PKCβ on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of mouse brain lysates. The antibody detects full length human recombinant PKCβ1, but does not cross-react with human recombinant PKCα. The antibody also detects PKCβ in immunocytochemical assays. |
