| Applications | Western Blot. This antibody has been tested in Western blot. No other applications have been tested. Recommended dilution below. Western Blot - 1:500 to 1:1,000* *However, the investigator should determine the optimal dilution. The transfected wild-type hSAP30L runs with an apparent molecular weight of 30kDa and the endogenous hSAP30L band runs with an apparent molecular weight of 21-22 kDa. The difference in the size of the bands is unknown, but is seen by investigators in all studies of hSAP30L. Possible explanations for the size difference may be to cleavage product, degradation and/or post-translational modification. |
