| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human EPS8 polyclonal antibody for WB, IHC. EPS8 (epidermal growth factor receptor kinase substrate 8), originally identified as a substrate of EGF receptor kinase, is a multifunctional protein involved in spermatogenesis, actin-based motility, and other cellular processes. Eps8 is reported to coordinate Rac-mediated EGF receptor signalling and Rab5-mediated EGF internalizaation via SH3 domain interation with RN-tre and E3b1. |
