| Description | Epitope: NKGEVFNELVGK (a.a. 207-218). Blocks cell attachment to fibronectin, collagen-I, collagen-IV, laminin. This antibody stains aldehyde fixed cells and frozen sections of fixed tissues. Does not appear to work for immunoblotting. Binds protein G. Like most anti-integrin antibodies, AIIB2 does not blot well. Refer to the cited papers for protocols required for western blotting. |
