| Description | The Cell Stimulation Cocktail (500X) is a ready-to-use cocktail useful to induce activation of many cell types to produce cytokines. Each vial contains Protein Kinase C activator Phorbol 12-Myristate 13-Acetate (PMA) (40.5 uM) and the calcium ionophore; Ionomycin (670 uM) formulated in DMSO (500X). |
