| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human PLCG1 (pTyr771) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of PLCG1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 771 (pTyr771). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1422 was sufficient for detection of PLCG1 (pTyr771) in 10 µg of monkey kidney fibroblast cell line (cos-7) lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody. |
