| Description | Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ATG14L also known as Autophagy-related protein 14-like protein and Barkor, whose expression can be detected in the anergic B cell but is highly expressive in orthochromatophilic normoblast. It is found in the pre-autophagosomal structure membrane. This protein is required for both basal and inducible autophagy and determines the localization of the autophagy-specific PI3-kinase complex PI3KC3-C1. It plays an extensive role in the autophagosome formation and MAP1LC3/LC3 conjugation to phosphatidylethanolamine along with it also promotes BECN1 translocation from the trans-Golgi network to autophagosomes. |
