| Description | Mouse Anti-Human Histone H3 (tri Methyl Lys4) Monoclonal IgG1. Detects endogenous Histone H3 (tri methyl K4) protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SMC-252 was sufficient for detection of Histone H3 in 10 µg of Human, Rat, Mouse HeLa, Testis Tissue, Raw 264.7 cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
