The purified DNA is sized up to 150 kb with an average size of 50-100 kb. The purified DNA is fully digestible with all restriction enzymes tested, and is completely compatible with downstream application such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, sequencing, Southern Blot analysis, and more. |
