| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human NFATC1 Polyclonal. Detects 90 kDa, band at ~60 kDa is another isoform. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-727 was sufficient for detection of NFATC1 in 15 µg of rat brain cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
