Rabbit IgG Fab fragment was assayed by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, anti-Rabbit IgG and anti-Rabbit IgG F(ab')2. No reaction was observed against anti-Rabbit IgG F(c) or anti-Papain. |
