Samples, including standards of known gp130 concentrations, control specimens and unknowns are pipetted into these wells. During the first incubation, the gp130 Antigens and a biotinylated monoclonal antibody specific for gp130 are simultaneously incubated. Sample Types: serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant. Range: 56.25-1800 pg/ml. Sensitivity: 15 pg/ml.
