Description | Fluorescein conjugated CD8a Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against human CD8a. Reactivity is observed against human CD8a, Marmoset, and chimpanzee. This clone recognizes the alpha chain of CD85. It does not block the binding of RPA-T8 antibody to CD8a. Cross reactivity with CD8a from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD8a is conjugated with FITC under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated FITC. |
Immunogen | Anti-CD8a Antibody (Monoclonal) was produced by repeated immunizations with CD8a antigen. |
