| Description | A cDNA library is generated in one of several available vectors using as little as 20 mg of mRNA. We recommend using an oligo (dT) or a random primer for cDNA synthesis. If oligo (dT) is used as the primer, the library is produced in EcRI or XhoI sites. Generally 106 primary recombinants in the selected vector are generated. At your request, the library can be further amplified. |
