| Description | Designed for use in laboratory scale purification, immobilized protein A agarose based affinity media is used to purify antibodies and Ig-tailed proteins. The combination of rProtein ATM and agarose provide an affinity matrix with high specific Ig binding capacity and the reliability of agarose. Special immobilization chemistry provides an affinity matrix with extremely low protein A leaching and high specific Ig binding capacity.
