该磁镊装置基于专用倒置显微镜,安装在电动平移和旋转平台上,其原理是通过梯度分布的磁场对处于其中可磁化小珠施力观察并分析其运动。使用一对强大的稀土磁铁(BdFeB)来使磁珠磁化强度能够达到饱和值。高精度温度控制装置、特殊的样品固定装置、保证磁珠快速旋转的步进电机和灵活管理的计算机软件系统及万像素的CCD相机,可同时实现多达40个单个分子的视频采集和跟踪测量,提单分子高通量分析和统计水平。
